Johnny spent 27 years in the flooring industry, working his way from personnel clerk to claims specialist. But when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and later suffered a fall requiring hip surgery and months of rehab, Johnny found himself facing impossible challenges. In 2024, FCIF came to his aid, covering past-due mortgage payments, utilities, and medical care. “The Floor Covering Industry Foundation has helped me get through all of these things,” Johnny shared, expressing deep gratitude for the critical support during a very difficult time.
