Dedicated to the flooring industry for 37 years, Vic spent his career as an expeditor in a flooring manufacturing facility.
Unfortunately in June of this past year, Vic received a life-altering diagnosis of osteoarthritis affecting his right foot, and causing degenerative joint disease and muscle contracture in his right lower extremity. This diagnosis sent him into a world of pain and caused significant mobility challenges. Vic could no longer work, forcing his wife, Cheryl, to become the sole provider for their family.
Thankfully, Vic’s employer’s HR department connected him with the resources available at FCIF. Through the foundation, Vic’s family was able to access crucial financial assistance for mortgage payments, utilities, and medical care.
